Welcome

We operate as a family business and with 20 acres from which to pick, we invite everyone to visit our fields for the very finest Alberta raspberries.

September 14, 2009- Our fields are now closed for U-pick. We still have individually frozen berries available. Please phone 780-962-3959 before coming out to ensure we are here. Our fields are open from late July until Labour Day, after that we will be open reduced hours until severe frost. Frost could be anywhere from late August to October. We grow ten varieties of red raspberries as well as two golden varieties. Check out our photo gallery of raspberry pictures.

We offer u-pick facilities. Our hours of operation are daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. until Labour Day, after that reduced hours until severe frost.

U-pick berries are priced per pound. Pails are available for purchase to pick your berries or you can bring your own containers. After picking we will weigh your berries. Our pails average about 5 lbs (about a 4 litre ice cream pail.) 

For those who prefer to buy pre-picked berries, we offer two sizes of containers; 4 litre and 1 litre containers.

We're sure you'll want to return year after year.

Here are a few things you might want to know before you visit us.

  1. Field Conditions - Give us a call before you drive out to make sure conditions are right for picking.
  2. Cooler - a picnic cooler with ice packs will help to keep those berries cool until you get home.
  3. Containers for picking - we have containers for purchase. You may also bring your own container - any size or shape can be used.
  4. Bugs and Sun - Remember those UV rays! Wear a hat, proper footwear, and bring some mosquito repellent.
    Sandals are not recommended.
  5. Follow instructions - please respect the grower's property and follow the verbal instructions you are given.
  6. Storage of berries - berries store better unwashed. Do not wash until just before use. Store in refrigerator in shallow containers, uncovered. Use within two to three days.
  7. Pets - no pets allowed.
